Job description: Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Medical Device Sales Representative specializing in Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs). This role involves promoting and selling our cutting-edge diabetes management products to healthcare providers, clinics, and patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical device sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients, including healthcare providers, clinics, and patients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits of our CGM products.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on market needs and product enhancements.
Customer Support and Follow-Up:
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues related to product usage.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new clients to ensure seamless integration of our products into their practice.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and market intelligence in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to share insights and improve overall business performance.
Qualifications:Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in the diabetes care sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a remote sales environment.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical sales, or any role involving direct interactions with doctors and nurses in a clinical setting.
- Experience in going into doctors’ offices and talking to doctors and nurses about products and services.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
Expected salary: $50000 – 100000 per year
