The HR Business Partner Lead (HRBPL) will lead the people management agenda for portions of Medicaid. The HRBPL will collaborate with senior leaders and all of HR to advance business strategies, build organizational capability, affect change, drive well-being and engagement and build organizational capability through assessment, development and deployment of talent.The HRBPL will be responsible for creating the human capital plan and then putting the plan in motion to enhance culture, talent mindset, and drive important business outcomes. The HRBPL develops and possesses a deep knowledge of the aligned business segments, key employees and business processes.· Builds a strong business relationship with the segments and transfers HR requests and solutions to/from the aligned business segments.· Implements best practices and supports the delivery of HR processes· Identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks.· Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management.· Leads the change management projects and manages the HR related internal and external communication.· Advises executives to develop functional strategies on matters of significance.Use your skills to make an impactRequired Qualifications
- 8+years of HR related experience to encompass Corporate sectors such as: Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management, etc
- Demonstrated experience in Strategic business planning, high level consultation skills with Executive Leadership and various audiences, forecasting and business modeling
- Sound understanding of business principles, model, and concepts as well as subject matter expertise & knowledge of HR disciplines
- Demonstrated experience supporting and influencing senior leaders consulting on business and human capital strategy
- Organizational development knowledge
- Demonstrated track record of effectively identifying and closing strategic human performance gaps to create a strong talent mindset and positive impact to business goals and objectives
- Business travel up to 20% based on business need
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience supporting a consumer-centric business and P&L owners.
- Previous experience with organizational effectiveness
- Previous experience with Medicaid state agencies or MCOs
- Previous experience with data analytics

- You will report to Ted Doll, Director of HR for Medicaid.
- This position is open to remote locations with a focus on candidates in Oh, TX, OK, LA, FL, KY, SC, IL, IN, WI, GA, VA, DC. Where possible team member would be co-located with the business leaders, but is also open for work at home.
Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$112,400 – $154,900 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
