Job description: Fiscal Services – Senior Accountant – Full Time-Day Shift – 8am- 5pm- Req 7722Pay Range: $31.52-$41.76****Can be on-site, hybrid, or remote***Responsible for preparation of or assistance with all internal and external financial reports. Supervises AP and Payroll functions. Reconciles assigned general ledger accounts with audit quality support and proposes journal entries as needed. Can resolve reconciliation variances and communicates to external parties as needed to prevent future adjustments from being needed. Prepares assigned journal entries and reconciliation, timely, accurately and with audit quality support. Completes external surveys as assigned. Exhibits interest in professional advancement. Is organized and able to prioritize assignments. Maintains assigned schedules such as prepaids, debt and or fixed assets. Assists FP&A team with statistic reporting. Interfaces with FP&A team related to variance reporting and associated GL adjustments. Other duties as assigned.EDUCATION:Required: 4-year accounting degreeLICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:Preferred: CPA preferredTRAINING and EXPERIENCE:Required:1 year of public accounting or equivalent.Proficient excel user.Strong team player and ability to work independentlyStrong critical thinking skills and ability to problem-solveMust be flexible and open to changePreferred:Experience in healthcare.*The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants.
