Join our team as an Independent Maintenance Specialist, where you can work up to 50 hours a week or as little as you want, at a competitive pay rate of $25 to $35 per hour plus overtime if desired.Key Responsibilities:We were looking for veterans to perform any of the following tasks such as general repairs, plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, assembly services, flooring installation and repair, outdoor maintenance, home improvement projects, and HVAC services.Acting project manager, estimating costs and managing materials and supplies.Apply problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to provide top-quality maintenance and repair services.Engage in projects that leverage your training and experience, including troubleshooting issues and implementing effective solutions.Provide excellent customer service, representing our company with professionalism and dedication.Qualifications:Military veterans are strongly encouraged to apply; your discipline, reliability, and commitment are highly valued.Experience in any of the specified areas is required; specialized training or certification (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) is a plus.Possess basic hand tools or tools specific to your trade.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.Physical ability to perform various tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in different environments.Benefits:Paid Daily! $25 to $35 per hour.Mileage reimbursement of $.25 per mile.Flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability.Independendant contractor, allowing you to choose your workload.Opportunities to use your military experience in practical, hands-on work.*How to Apply:or visitFor fastest reply apply at:
