- Serve as a senior financial management analyst.
- Evaluate data submitted for consistency with previous estimates, current levels of program operations, and anticipated changes in staffing or funding levels.
- Provide technical assistance and budgetary reports or analyses as requested by local management, division, or headquarters.
- Maintain fiscal control over military, civil, and revolving fund reimbursable programs and maintains records of every transaction.
- Maintain district Integrated Manning Document (IMD) and organizes the annual IMD submission.
- Conduct management studies and analyses involving workload factors, proper utilization of manpower and other resources.
