Job description: DESCRIPTIONGPP Database Link (https://cummins365.sharepoint.com/sites/CS38534/)Manage human resource information management systems for one or more company-wide technologies. Monitor solution integration and change control processes for technologies or regions in alignment with company policies and application standards. Lead project implementation of technology enabled solutions. Collaborate with business partners to determine optimal technology outcomes, including automation and other modern solutions. Lead the functional design of new technology solutions in support of business requirements. Manage configuration, testing, change control, documentation and maintenance activities ensuring compliance with company standards. Ensure effective integration with other systems and processes across technologies and regions. Lead the evaluation of requested system changes and impact of changes to the entire system and monitor the status of change requests. Manage the testing and implementation of human resource system patches, enhancements, and system upgrades. Ensure system functionality, access and security is maintained in compliance with global design and standards, business requirements, and legislative requirements. Ensure resolution of complex user questions and system issues. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of process documentation and user instructional materials, and monitor metrics to ensure overall operational effectiveness. Assess and define the design, configurations, testing, and support of Human Resources applications using defined standards to address business needs. Evaluate and define Human Resource technology solutions to meet business needs, and design integrated technology enabled business processes. Discover, interpret, and communicate qualitative and quantitative data, determine conclusions relying on knowledge of business or functional frameworks, and apply statistics, data validity, data visualization and problem solving approaches to effectively extract meaningful patterns and business insights as part of Data Analytics. Present conclusions and outcomes to senior management to enable data driven business decisions.RESPONSIBILITIESPositions require a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field and 3 years of experience as an Information or Systems Analyst, Developer or Consultant, or related position. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field and 6 years of experience as an Information or Systems Analyst, Developer, or Consultant, or related position.
