  • Develop modern solutions to complex problems that are both elegant and efficient.
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to address the most pressing issues for our customers.
  • Write well-designed, well-tested, readable, and maintainable code.
  • Participate in code reviews to uphold code quality, share knowledge, and enhance team productivity.
  • Take ownership of solving problems end-to-end across various systems and services in close collaboration with other engineers.

Professional Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional programming experience in building cloud applications and services.
  • Experience in developing scalable distributed system architectures, APIs, and modern web frontends.
  • Passionate about code quality, continuous delivery, automated testing, and incident response.
  • Ability to work effectively in an agile environment and challenge yourself and your team to improve processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Team-oriented with a focus on mentorship.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Personal Characteristics

  • Strong coding skills in TypeScript, Node.js/React, and/or Python.
  • Experience with various cloud storage solutions (SQL, Blob, Document, Search).
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure, DataDog, and GitHub CI/CD.

CompensationThe base salary range for this role is $110,000 – $170,000. Certain roles may also be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as location, experience, level, and job qualifications.Benefits & Perks
