The ideal candidate will work closely with our HR operations team to update critical employee and organizational data and participate in various strategic HR projects.Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collaborate with the HR operations team to update and maintain critical employee and organizational data.
- Project Participation: Engage in specific projects such as:
- Creating an M&A HR playbook
- Developing an HR organizational transition playbook, including shutdowns
- Designing a labor forecasting tool
- Design and support the performance management and merit cycle
- Process Documentation: Work to outline critical processes in talent acquisition and talent management.
- Systems Management: Participate in systems updates, reviews, and changes.
Requirements
- Primarily on-site work with some remote work flexibility.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR or project management.
