We are also capable of offering project-based work.Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a Program Management Advisor in a remote capacity. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.Responsibilities:
- Provides expert content/professional leadership on complex Program Management assignments/projects.
- Supports the delivery of a strategic program representing a major company initiative by providing central expertise, governance, and control within or independent of a formal Program Management Office (PMO).
- Responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling resources/processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
- Manages large programs or processes.
- Interprets internal or external issues and recommends solutions/best practices.
- Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions.
- May lead functional teams or projects.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years experience preferred
- Crisis and Business continuity experience preferred
- Experience with ServiceNow or Salesforce preferred
- Strong and well-developed skills in making independent decisions.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Off-hour on-call support required
- High flexible and adaptability are required.
- Must be a self-starter.
