Job description: DescriptionBilingual Spanish/English Mass211 Representative – $22/hrWe are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Spanish/English Mass211 Representative to join our team with a hybrid work arrangement of 2 days on-site and 3 days remote, working from 10am to 6pm.The primary function of a Mass211 Childcare Information Specialist is to support eligible families in finding and obtaining affordable childcare as well as locating additional local support services. The goal is to guide families by identifying stated and unstated needs and offer accurate and appropriate resources. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with high-volume call center experience or experience determining eligibility for state or federal resources.The ideal candidate will have prior call center experience, be experienced with data gathering techniques, and demonstrate aptitude with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, databases, and other software systems. They should be detail-oriented with excellent proofreading skills, fluent in both Spanish and English, and able to work well within a team as well as independently. General knowledge of Health & Human Services is necessary, along with the ability to attend functions, meetings, and activities outside of normal work hours as needed. The candidate must be able to work in-office during scheduled hours (Tuesdays and Thursdays) with hybrid/remote flexibility and must have customer service experience.A minimum of one year of work experience in human services such as nonprofit, public administration, and/or community research is required, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of work experience specifically in information and referral is desirable, and AIRS Certification is appreciated but not required.
