You’ll also set the standard for excellence in software development, driving best practices in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure that our technical solutions align seamlessly with business goals. Plus, you’ll have the chance to mentor engineers and foster a culture of innovation and learning, all while working alongside industry experts in blockchain, cloud infrastructure, networking, and hardware. It’s an opportunity to shape the future of cloud solutions for web3. Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in building out production systems in Golang or Rust
- Expertise in scalable services and event streaming architecture
- Proficient in PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of best practices
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with GitHub, code reviews, conventional commits, and GitHub actions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with distributed teams
Desired Skills & Experience
- Open-source contributions
- 1 year of technical leadership experience
- Knowledge of distributed tracing or eBPF
What You Will Be Doing
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high performance backend systems
- Architect and build APIs for both internal and external applications
- Develop CLIs and Terraform Providers for team and customer use
- Establish and enforce the best practices for software development
- Code reviews, CI/CD, testing
- Collaborate with teams like Frontend and DevOps
- Mentor engineers and foster culture of continuous learning
- Leverage a diverse team with expertise across blockchain, cloud, networking, and hardware to build a web3 focused cloud platform
