DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT A VALID INSURANCE LICENSEOur growing insurance agency is looking for a licensed and motivated part-time Sales Agent to work Monday–Friday from 9 AM–3 PM.You’ll be responsible for helping new and existing clients with auto, home, renters, and bundled insurance quotes. You’ll also support the agency owner with client follow-ups, cross-selling, and appointment setting.This position has growth potential—we’re looking for someone who could grow into a full-time leadership role as the agency expands.What We Offer:

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active P&C license (required)
  • Life license is a plus
  • Proven experience in insurance sales or customer service
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Tech-savvy with CRM experience preferred
  • Positive, driven, and adaptable

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

This is a remote position.

Expected salary: $23 per hour
