Come join us!What you will do:eXp Realty is looking for an experienced, resourceful, and positive Administrative Support Analyst (ASA) to support the state’s Brokerage Operations team. The ASA is someone who is innovative and can work autonomously. The ASA will work to help the broker team to systemize and streamline the state brokerage processes in order to create agent success obsessed experience for new agents.Assist new agents with joining eXp Realty; application process for state licensing commission, MLS, and associationsConducts License audit – compare brokerage roster vs. state roster to maintain complianceMaintain compliance with state and eXp requirementsCreate shareable and visual content for newsletters, agent recognition, state media pages via Canva, Mailchimp, Google SlidesInterdepartmental liaison for brokers and agentsDefensible position and risk management mindsetAssist with Agent and State Trello BoardsManage State CalendarAssists with management of Local Board Associations to include; auditing, invoicing, and complianceAbility to pivot in accordance with the businesses needsLiaison to:MLS BoardsNon-eXp BrokeragesAgentsVendorsSpecial Projects as directed by Brokerage OperationsPerform designated job tasks efficiently and within the provided time frame.Maintain regular communication with team members and supervisors through email, instant messaging, video conferences, or other designated communication channels.Attend virtual meetings, provide updates on progress, and actively participate in discussions.Adhere to company policies and guidelines, including data security and confidentiality.Complete assigned projects, assignments, or tasks with attention to detail and quality.Manage and prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.Continuously update job knowledge by participating in training opportunities or self-directed learning.Collaborate with colleagues on shared documents or projects using remote collaboration tools.Take ownership of assigned work and demonstrate initiative in identifying and addressing challenges.Ensure availability and responsiveness during agreed-upon working hours.How you will grab our attention:Agile/Flexible attitudeStrong attention to detail requiredExcellent customer service abilities: written and verbal communication must be superbExcellent critical thinking and problem solving skillsTeam player – able to complete individual tasks as well as work on a team to accomplish a goalExperience in the real estate industry strongly preferredExcellent communication skills both written and verbalExperience in coordinating events and group activitiesConflict resolution and active listening: ability to assess a customers need or concerns and deliver solutions using critical and creative thinkingProficient knowledge of G Suite required; Microsoft Office experience is a bonusRemote Work experience requiredDedicated home-office/work spaceAdvanced Trello experience preferredAptitude for using online platforms and softwares to work remotelyEducation & Experience:High school diploma required or equivalent years of applicable experience0-2 years experienceAssociate’s degree preferredWhat eXp Realty Provides:Fully remote environmentPaid time off401k with 4% match (immediate vesting)Robust Medical, Dental, & Vision benefitsCompany provided equipmentMonthly Technology StipendFSA & HSA with employer contributionsStock option grantHealth & Wellness incentives100% Paid Parental LeaveeXp Realty and its affiliated companies are an equal employment opportunity employer.
