- Journey creation and support experience
- Editing, codding, and developing content templates
- Understanding Journeys within AJO
- Knowledge of Data Tables that are used with content templates – they do not manage this, but work with that team. If working with content tables and resources, you should know both sides (nice to have)
- Adobe Experience Manager will not cut it, need AJO
- Good personality fit
- Extroverted
- Active
- Engaging
- Work independently, doesn’t need hand-holding
- Look for answers when needed, rather than just waiting around
- Good multi-tasking and juggling multiple projects / good time management skills
Nice to haves
- Dreamweaver for coding platform
- Photoshop minor image changes, cropping, image compression
- Workfront or related PM tool
