Job description: Job DescriptionActalent is seeking a talented architectural designer with 10+ years of experience. This individual will work on sports projects in a dynamic and collaborative studio environment. This position requires a highly motivated, agile individual with strong technical and design capabilities. The candidate must have a solid knowledge of Revit, as there is a significant amount of experienced staff available to provide training.Job Responsibilities:
- Compile data
- Perform design computations
- Work with experienced designers and project teams on conceptual designs
- Handle design development and production to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Apply creative design concepts
- Develop project proposals
- Support design efforts and client presentations
- Develop, modify, or review drawings to incorporate design intent
- Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and implementation documents
- Collaborate on the development of design throughout appropriate project phases
Skills/Qualifications
- Knowledge of Revit
- Experience in all phases of design
- Commercial experience (sports, education, hospitality, large-scale commercial)
- Ability to compile data and perform design computations
- Proficiency in producing graphic presentations and 3D renderings
- Strong technical and design capabilities
- Ability to collaborate with project teams
- Creative design thinking
