Constructing engaging learning opportunities that teach critical information and tradecraft requires a real passion for understanding the needs of your end user. We have an opportunity for an AI training specialist who is committed to solving some of the toughest challenges in the federal government by crafting effective training to increase data literacy.As a leader on our team, you’ll work with data science and AI professionals to capture training needs and recommend the right learning solution to help us accomplish our mission to become the largest provider of AI consulting to the government. You will design and develop learning strategies that transform our clients’ workforce to keep pace with an ever-evolving technology landscape.Putting the learner at the center of the training experience, you’ll provide instructional and strategic rigor as the team designs training material, performance support tools, and learning application experiences. You’ll use your technical skills, creativity, and experience to come up with new ideas to develop an engaging, interactive learning experience on screen or in a classroom. You’ll recommend cutting-edge multimedia technologies and strategies, including blended learning and gamification, to build a successful learning environment. You know communication is key, so you’ll meet with subject matter experts throughout the process to discuss learning material and incorporate feedback. To ensure your solution is hitting the mark, you’ll collect and analyze results using evaluation methodologies such as the Kirkpatrick Model, then fine tune your training for maximum impact.   • 5+ years of experience using authoring tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Vyond, or Storyline, to develop compelling learning narratives
  • Experience developing AI training, data science, or analytics programs
  • Experience designing and developing learning and talent development strategies
  • Experience developing training material and plans for technical and non-technical staff
  • Experience authoring instructional materials, defining learning objectives, and developing knowledge assessments
  • Experience analyzing existing learning programs, identifying gaps, and recommending strategies for enhancing and scaling learning opportunities
  • Experience creating and delivering large-scale training in a variety of forums and modalities within cross-functional teams such as 508 compliance experts, web developers, or subject matter experts
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with training program evaluation such as the Kirkpatrick Model
  • Knowledge of a diverse range of data science tools such as R or Python, and tradecraft such as AI
  • Knowledge of motivational theories, human-centered design, and communications best practices
  • Knowledge of user-centered design
  • Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to internal and external professionals at all levels
  • Instructional Design Certification

The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $105,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
