Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy targeting new business & upselling opportunities.
- Partner with senior leadership to execute the strategic business development plan and also develop new growth strategies.
- Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the company’s revenue-generating goals
- Expand customer segments and develop strategic business partnerships.
- Assess existing sales commission programs.
- Foster a culture of innovation, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and communicate growth strategies with the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors as well as other senior leadership.
- Monitor the marketplace, analyze opportunities, and provide competitive strategies and tactics.
- Unify sales processes to provide an optimal customer experience
- Collaborate with Finance and Marketing teams to align messaging, pricing strategies, and business models.
- Oversee revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting strategies as necessary for sustainable growth.
- Forecast revenue generation and develop strategies to achieve targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and incorporate their feedback into product development cycles.
- Participate in contract negotiations.
Requirements:
- Senior leadership experience driving revenue growth with a minimum of 30 direct reports.
- Managed Services and Education industry experience is a plus.
- Significant experience in general management and P&L supervision.
- Strong ability to craft and execute effective business strategies.
- Data-driven decision-making skills.
- Inspirational leadership style with a hands-on approach.
- Technical proficiency with Salesforce and other business productivity tools is a plus.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on long-term success.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in revenue forecasting and strategic planning.
- Capability to manage and integrate cross-departmental processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be open to travel across the Eastern portion of the United States.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field required
