Together, we are making a difference in the lives of patients around the world.WORK SHIFT DAY (United States of America)SUMMARY OF DUTIES The Data and Analytics Lead is key member of the Center of Excellence assisting both Supply and Demand functions to reduce complexity and to advance business process maturity. The analyst is responsible for driving value realization, prioritization, and execution of all planning system enhancements and for leading issue resolution on system and process-related challenges.JOB DUTIES

  • Provides direction to the DP & SP managers on data validation and historical data cleansing, master data management and maintenance industry leading practices.
  • Ensures industry leading practices are used for supply and demand planning processes and forecast error measurement.
  • Conducts forecast analytics in support of established policies for demand segmentation and classification assignment.
  • Interacts frequently with senior business leaders.
  • Collaborates with supply and demand planning and business teams to ensure process adherence and alignment to industry leading practices.
  • Assists in interpreting complex data to provide analysis and conclusions in a meaningful way.
  • Ensures consistent reporting of KPIs.
  • Responsible for BI reporting of SC metrics outside of BY
  • Leads execution of process improvements in partnership with the SP and DP Team
  • Provides level 1 support to demand & supply planners Owns, maintains, and enhances system and documented processes.
  • Performs other duties, as required.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

  • Education equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree Management/ Business Information Systems, Business, Science, Mathematics or Engineering disciplines.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience to preferably including people management experience.
  • Planning, data science and BI tool experience
  • Experience in development and operation of ERP systems, Oracle experience an advantage.
  • Experience of Advanced Planning Systems, Blue Yonder an advantage
