Clients include more than 1,800 hospitals, 2,200 long-term care facilities, 225 acute care facilities, 43,000 clinicians, 1,000 physician practices and 50 insurance providers in support of 65 million policy holders.The Healthcare Contract and Compliance Delivery Senior Director will lead the contract compliance and risk assessment responsibilities for our largest Healthcare Account. Active member of the leadership team and frequent interface with the customer. Leads the direction and interaction with legal business partners and directs communications and meetings with customer legal team. Represents the authority and expertise on the contract and oversees the account’s execution of the contractual terms in the agreement. Primary leadership role in managing changes and interpretations/inspections of the contract and how it aligns to the needs of NTT, the customer, and the account.This role is a primary connection point to the leadership of the Healthcare division and a key member with the corporate contract management community. This Healthcare Account is one of the largest contracts in NTT DATA and has been a valued customer for 30 years.Job Responsibilities Include:
- Individual performer. Works in close conjunction with the account financial controller, in-house counsel, sales and delivery leadership.
- Has a strong presence and authority in leading discussions with the client and internal NTT leaders.
- Strong understanding of the legal frameworks for outsourcing, Resource Units, and demand request processing and knows how to interact and lead legal towards a desired position/stance.
- Experienced in commercial and/or public environments where dedicated resources are in place to manage, monitor and optimize the value chain in this space.
- Strong leadership skills including the ability to learn fast, influence others, and to align/engineer efforts to the big picture needs within the contracted framework.
- Experienced in dynamic accounts where demand requests and change requests have a volume of 25+/week. Adept at identifying the interconnections of a value chain and aligning the activity to yield the most productivity. Metrics centric orientation to measuring performance and responsiveness.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading and operating in the contract compliance and risk arena on a large account.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working on a highly matrixed, large account
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Healthcare experience a plus

The starting pay range for this remote role is $144,011 – 333,360. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
