- Analyze, design, and maintain comprehensive system requirements and specifications for healthcare data pipelines.
- Write efficient SQL queries to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Collaborate with product management and analysts to understand data requirements and ensure system integrity.
- Optimize and troubleshoot healthcare data systems for performance and reliability.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through comprehensive system analysis and validation processes.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Systems, Business, or Quality Assurance Analyst positions.
- Experience with data loading, verifying, and troubleshooting various healthcare file formats.
- Skilled knowledge in SQL with SQL Server.
- Experience with various EDI transactions (835, 837, 834, 820, 276/277, 270/271, 999/997).
- Basic data manipulation/creation skills.
- Technical documentation experience.
- Healthcare experience, preferably in the health insurance industry.
- Ability to effectively work with internal and external team members.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of/exposure to Healthcare EDI transactions. (835, 837, 834, 820, 276/277, 270/271, 999/997)
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell).
- Exposure to SDLC activities.
