Your contributions will help shape the future of defense technology.The WorkAs an Electrical Engineering Associate (Circuit Board Designer), you will support the design of circuit card assemblies used in military applications. Your role will include:
- Circuit Board Design: Design high-speed, multi-layer circuit boards using the latest processor and graphics technologies, ensuring compliance with industry standards for defense applications.
- Collaborative Engineering: Work closely with a team of Mechanical, FPGA, Software, and Component Engineers and other stakeholders to assist in creating cost-effective, high-quality designs that meet performance and safety standards.
- Industry Standards Compliance: Ensure that your designs align with Aero-Defense Industry Standards (such as DO-254, DO-178, CMOSS, SOSA) to meet the rigorous demands of defense technologies.
- Support the Design Process: While working with your team, help implement design updates, test circuit designs, and solve problems related to the assembly and manufacturing of high-speed boards.

- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Has up to 3 years of professional experience in digital circuit design and schematic development.
- Has foundational experience in circuit board layout and familiarity with high-speed, multi-layer designs.
- Possesses strong oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Can work collaboratively in a team environment while learning from senior engineers and mentors.
- Has the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).

Basic Qualifications-Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, with 2 plus years equivalent experience with digital circuit / logic design (schematic creation), processor design, and architecture
