Provide IT Service Management development and configuration expertise across Brown Forman IT and provide support and oversight in all aspects of the Enterprise Service Management including design, development, architecture, administration, implementation, availability, reliability, performance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and security.What You Can ExpectLead the technical configuration, development, integration, and automation functions related to the IT Service Management and IT Asset Management functions and toolsDesigns, develops, and improves Brown-Forman service management and asset management business processes for more efficient and effective functionsResponsible for leading and implementing medium to complex projectsDevelopment, coding and management of integrations and APIsResponsible for IT Service Management, Asset Management and acts as a liaison for technology solutions based outside of Brown-FormanIntegral to maturing the ITSM and ITAM programs consistent with ITILIdentification of risks, threats, and mitigation related to ITSM and ITAM applications, processes, and functionsDesigns, configures and implements process improvements for innovation and enhancementsCreates/maintains documentation and procedures as they relate to the Brown-Forman ITSM & ITAM processesActively participates in technology projects to ensure accurate training and turnover of supported technologyLeads the quality assurance testing for different ITSM & ITAM systemsStays abreast of current ITSM solutions, development concepts, best practices, and procedures by attending trainings, participating in professional associations, as well as professional developmentSubject matter expert for debugging, troubleshooting and problem resolution of ESM related issues and applicationsParticipates in planning and execution of tasks related to ITSM and ITAM based initiatives which may include upgraded versions of current systems, third-party solutions, and integrations with additional enterprise systemsWhat You Bring to the TableA minimum of five (5) years experience with hands-on service management (i.e., ITSM and ITAM) application configuration and developmentA Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field and/or equivalent combination of formal education and experience or a Familiarity with service management and asset management processes (e.g., ITIL), applications, tools, etcExperience with development, configuration, and object-oriented programmingExperience with ITSM/ITAM applications (i.e, Ivanti, Service Now, etc.)ITIL Foundations Certification or ability to obtain it within 12 months of employment.What Makes You UniqueITIL/ITSM certificationExperience working with and in a global business environment.API integrations and maintenanceStrong working knowledge of ITSM platforms and ITIL practicesAbility to create/edit workflowsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent people skills with the ability to handle difficult situationsExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritizeAbility to work with minimal supervisionKeen attention to detail, with a commitment to follow through and follow-upMust be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences and interact with all types of clients including technology, business, management, and executive managementTechnical ITSM/ITAM expertise with regard to API interfaces (SOAP/REST), data interchanges (JSON/XML), and programming languages (SQL/Powershell/VBS)Who We AreImagine working for a company that welcomes you in, inspires you to bring your best self to every opportunity, and encourages you to grow and develop your career in a resilient and fun industry.
