- You will perform or advise on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration.
- You will develop and disseminate Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Administrative and/or Case budgets.
- You will prepare Financial Management and Case Reconciliation Reviews.
- You will coordinate with international IPT leadership on daily basis on issues pertaining to FMS financial management and overall budget/financial program status.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This is a Financial Management Level 2 certified position per the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Section 1599d. You must achieve this level within prescribed timelines. Certification requirements are in DoD Instruction 1300.26.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This is a Non-Key Security Cooperation Workforce (SCW) position and requires a DoD SCW Certification. Selectee must obtain and maintain certification within prescribed timeframes. SCW level required: Practitioner
QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Developing and disseminating of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Administrative and/or Case budgets; 2) Reviewing financial documents for accuracy, completeness of accounting data, and availability of funds; 3) Preparing for Financial Management and Case Reconciliation Reviews; and 4) Coordinating with personnel, leadership and other offices to ensure effective program financial management.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
