This includes owning, improving, and driving our HR Operations technical improvements, globally across our 37 active locations, and partnering closely with our internal compliance teams to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR data.ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll DoGlobal HR Business Systems Analyst (~75%)Function as liaison between HR business teams and the internal IT development team to drive technical improvements across core HR systems. This includes:
- Partnering closely with HR Operations to receive, prioritize, and negotiate business needs.
- Producing necessary documentation (business requirements, user journey mapping, process maps, etc) to the internal IT team to successfully deliver systems improvements.
- Developing, monitoring, tracking, measuring, and advancing the technology roadmap, and proactively anticipating and addressing issues to ensure successful and on-time delivery.
- Working with various business groups to capture, design, ideate, and develop new processes, ensuring goal alignment and meaningful progress toward broader goals.
- Regular communication with key stakeholders.
- Developing and maintaining effective and collaborative relationships.
HR Compliance Program Manager (~25%)Function as the liaison between Employment Legal, Finance, and Internal Audit teams to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR data. This includes:
- Receiving and responding to and performing audits and compliance needs for HR / HR Operations.
- Providing approvals to critical Workday transactions to ensure compliance and to reduce risks.
- Establish and maintain operationally excellent Workday approvals workflows for critical Workday transactions while continuously improving these processes.
- Deliver a quarterly corrections audit for HR Operations.
- Support ad hoc audits from internal and external auditing teams and processes (SOX, SOC2, PCI, etc.).
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to identify trends and patterns in HR data.
- Stay up to date on the latest HR data and compliance trends and best practices.
QualificationsWhat You’ll Bring
- 8+ years experience in an HR Operations or systems position and/or a client-facing HR role
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Project/Program management experience
- Auditing experience?
- Ability to accurately and effectively articulate the user experience through user journey mapping
- Strategic Thinking: Aligning projects and processes to long-term goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to details
- Ability to present to larger groups and deliver workshops both in-person and remotely
- Confident mentoring and advising team members
- Ability to work across time zones and in a virtual work environment through Zoom meetings
- Comfort working with remote management, remote updates and weekly check-in with your manager and team
- Team player who demonstrates a positive, ‘can do’ attitude – willingness to roll up your sleeves and be excited to contribute to all parts of the employee experience
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of individuals
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to details and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced, always changing environment
- Possess the maturity to work with and manage confidential information
- 5+ years experience administering and/or developing processes in Workday, ServiceNow (or other enterprise ticketing system)
- Knowledge of multiple country employment and labor laws and ability to conduct data research through external sources or networks, as needed
