Job description: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will design visuals that capture attention, effectively communicate ideas, and align with our brand identity across various media. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a strong grasp of color, typography, layout, and digital design tools.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop engaging graphics for digital platforms, including social media, website, email campaigns, and online ads.Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and event collateral.Create original visual content that aligns with our brand guidelines, voice, and style.Generate design concepts, present them to the team, and iterate based on feedback.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to bring fresh ideas to the team.Requirements:Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with design tools like Figma or Canva.Strong understanding of visual elements (layout, typography, color theory) and the ability to create designs that align with brand standards.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Time-management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.Nice-to-Haves:Knowledge of video editing software and animation tools (e.g., After Effects).Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for digital design projects.Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-based incentivesFlexible working hours and [optional: remote work opportunities]Access to professional development resources
