Our products utilize industry-standard interoperability standards like #FHIR, $HL7, #CCDA to enable data exchange across various healthcare applications and platforms.Role DescriptionThis is a remote contract role for an HCM – Workday Core HR position. The HCM – Workday Core HR professional will be responsible for the day-to-day management of HR processes and policies, including employee benefits and personnel management. The role will involve working with the Human Resources team to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions and to support the organization’s HR goals.Responsibilities:
- System Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday’s Core HR modules, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and industry best practices.
- Provides in-depth knowledge of Workday and evaluates the business processes against the standard Workday functionality
- This is a highly visible individual technical role responsible for the outcomes and success of Workday Core HR teams that play a key role in delivering the stated goals of the organization.
- System Maintenance and Upgrades: Manage ongoing system maintenance activities, including system updates, patches, and upgrades. Ensure the system is optimized and functioning efficiently.
- Data Integrity and Quality: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within the Workday system. Implement processes and controls to maintain data quality and resolve any issues.
- Process Design and Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and optimize HR processes within Workday, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- System Enhancements: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement improvements, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance requirements.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and generate reports and analytics from the Workday system to provide insights into HR metrics, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Training and Support: Provide guidance, training, and support to end-users on Workday’s Core HR modules. Address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system operation.
- Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and industry trends. Ensure system configurations and processes comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
This is a remote position.
Expected salary: $70 per hour
