- Experience: Minimum three (3) years’ human resources generalist/or HR Business Partner experience preferred. Demonstrated skills in employee relations and performance management. Healthcare experience preferred.
- Skills: Team building, system thinking, complex problem solving, negotiating and influencing, change and conflict management, data analysis, coaching and mentoring, strategic planning, business strategy development.

- Other: Ability to commute between facilities.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPETENCIES@R=at risk for exposure to blood borne pathogens * Implement Business and HR strategy and programs to meet organizational goals and build a work environment where employees can succeed and grow.
- Provide consultation to leaders in employee/labor relations, change management, performance management, reorganizations, workforce planning, employee engagement and policy interpretation and application.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
- Partners with leadership to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with departmental or division leadership to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Maintains an effective level of business literacy about the assigned areas including financial performance, quality and culture.
- Work collaboratively with the HSC and local HR staff to effectively deliver timely and comprehensive HR services.
- Develop leadership presence while establishing credibility at the departmental or division level to drive needed cultural and business change.
- Leads HR projects to include compensation, leadership or employee development, engagement, policy development or special events. Creates a project plan with milestones, ensuring ongoing communication with key stakeholders.
- Identifies HR process in need of improvement. Partners with HR team and organizational leaders to design, implement and evaluation ongoing improvements.
- Conducts exit interviews for voluntary resignations, providing comprehensive reporting on findings and trends.
- Provides leadership orientation to all new supervisors, managers and directors. Conducts leadership training in group or 1:1 sessions as needed.
- Serve as HR representative on assigned organizational committees.
