- the intern will collaborate in reviewing and supporting the regularization of legislative documents related to diversity and inclusion in the company, such as procedures related to Gender Equity Certification, policy and process updates, support in the development of manuals, among others.
- They will support the monitoring of the hiring processes for people with disabilities in the company, from documentation to coordination of training for teams. They will also support HRBP and the wellness department in guiding employees with disabilities through their credentialing process.
- They will assist in meetings of the affinity groups in the region, providing operational and administrative support to the DEI Manager when necessary.
- Support in organizing DEI events and trainings in the region such as Diversity Week, awareness sessions, Pride Month, among others.
- Establish connections and maintain relationships with regional partners, such as Inclúyeme, ¡Éntrale!, and Best Buddies.
- Update the DEI intranet page in Spanish.
- Support the DEI Manager with operational tasks such as coordination with IT, reviewing presentations, reviewing communications, following up on pending tasks with the affinity groups, among others.
- Support in administrative tasks for the Human Resources team.
- Mapping, controlling, and archiving digital and physical documentation of employee records.
Required:
- Certificate of regular enrollment and valid student insurance.
- Availability for a 1-year internship.
- Availability to attend JLL Office at Cityzen park in Heredia 1 day a week.
