If you are looking to be a part of an open, supportive team and receive exciting challenges that promote personal and professional growth, look no further than BNBuilders!JOB SUMMARY:The HR Field Labor Manager will assist with labor relations and human resources matters for craft field employees.SALARY RANGE: $80,000 – $100,000 annually (companywide)BENEFITS:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle routine labor relations and human resource inquiries related to policies, procedures, and bargaining agreements with HR employee relations Manager.
  • Serves as a human resources subject matter expert on our collective bargaining agreements and acts as a liaison between BNBuilders and union contacts.
  • Works with management and employee relations manager to resolve employee relations issues and ensure compliance in the field.
  • Assists project site supervisors with processes related to hiring, project site transfers, and separations.
  • Creates and conducts internal training, tracks training and certifications for craft employees, and coordinates with unions to direct employees on union offered training.
  • Works with Benefits Specialist to provide relevant union benefit information to field employees.
  • Liaises between the Safety department, HR, and field to ensure safety compliance.
  • Manages the internal DEI committee and provides recommendations specifically for field and other internal employees.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, related field, or any similar combination of education and experience.
  • HR Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) or DEI certification preferred
  • Two years of experience in HR is preferred.
  • Two years of experience working with unions.
  • HRIS experience, CMiC is a plus.
  • Comfortable with public-speaking and presenting.
  • Must be proficient MS Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Previous experience and strong working knowledge in professional services or construction industry is preferred.
