Job description: The Human Resources Generalist will support managers and staff in the execution, and delivery of HR programs, policies, and initiatives while promoting a positive and productive work culture.

  • As a Human Resource Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function for the company
  • You will also be responsible for managing our HR/payroll software and ensuring its accuracy and efficiency
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
  • Oversee employee on boarding and off boarding processes
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with all regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR/payroll software
  • Prepare and process payroll, including deductions, taxes, and other related tasks
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources

  • Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role
  • Strong knowledge of HR/payroll software and experience in managing it
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR/payroll software and a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures
