AIP is looking for an HR Generalist (Talent & Culture Associate) to join the team. The Talent & Culture Associate will provide essential support to varied complex functions in the Talent and Culture team which includes benefits and personnel records, employment, recruiting, reporting, and metrics. The role will also provide direct support to the Talent & Culture Officer and other members of the Talent and Culture team and supports the alignment of our total rewards programs with business objectives that support our Talent and Culture strategy.Come join a team of energized, collaborative, and passionate individuals and help make a difference through the physical sciences!WHAT YOU’LL DO:Employee Experience/Customer Service

  • Contribute to the employee experience by being responsible for hands-on tasks that directly impact the day-to-day satisfaction and well-being of employees.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely responses and assistance with issues related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace amenities.
  • Play a crucial role in the administration of onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are welcomed and receive all necessary information and support to start their roles effectively.
  • Deliver precise and responsive support to both internal and external stakeholders, while maintaining an elevated level of professionalism, uphold confidentiality.

Data Input, Compliance & Security

  • Input data into the ADP WFN systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices in data handling and privacy. Implement and maintain security measures to protect information.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of entered data by carefully reviewing, doublechecking, and validating information against source documents or in line with established guidelines and protocols.
  • Employee Lifecycle Process Support
  • Supporting the employee lifecycle involves the T&C coordinator supporting any phase from recruitment to retirement.
  • Support the recruiting process to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process to integrate new hires, maintaining engagement through career development and performance management, and finally, managing offboarding and transitions effectively.

Payroll & Benefits Program Administration

  • Support the delivery of employee benefit programs; ensuring accurate, detailed invoicing of all service offerings.
  • Process new hire benefits, enrollment, and terminations, initiate and track COBRA, and coordinate leave administration.
  • Liaise with retirees regarding post-retirement medical plans and provide information and answer questions.
  • Stays up to date on benefits laws and best practices. Assisting with the processing of payroll and benefits, which includes ensuring all employee hours, leaves, and benefits are accurately recorded and processed on time.

Event Support

  • Support events within an organization, especially from a T&C perspective, involves meticulous planning and coordination to ensure that each event runs smoothly and meets its objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Over 3 years’ experience in the T&C field, with an emphasis on total rewards. The experience enables the job holder to deal with most situations.
  • Sound knowledge of benefits administration and practices, including working knowledge of U.S. federal and state regulations impacting the T&C area, such as FLSA and Fair Pay Act, and strong proficiency in HRIS required and experience.
