Our ideal candidates embrace diverse thinking, enjoy partnering with others and are seeking to make a difference!We are currently searching for a full-time member for our team for the position of:Junior RPA Developer – RemoteCandidates must be US Citizen with DoD Public Trust Clearance.We are seeking a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Junior Developer for our Intelligent Automation (IAS) team. Someone who can use insight, imagination, and modern technical skills to automate a variety of structured business processes currently being performed manually. The ideal candidate will have a strong development and analysis background, strong communication skills, can be customer facing and will be able to work independently.Primary Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Creates and maintains logic/code for bots that will interact with multiple internal and external applications.
- Attend process design sessions with Business Analysts for process identification and feasibility analysis of new bot opportunities.
- Design, develop and deploy a variety of bots automations including creating and maintaining solution documentation such as Solution Description Document (SDD)
- Support, maintain and troubleshoot issues with deployed bots.
- Follow good software engineering and configuration management processes.
- Contribute to structured peer reviews and code reviews.
- Ensures best practices are being followed at each stage of SDLC.
- Support bot implementation from development lifecycle to successful deployment
Requirements:
- Requires a BS in an IT or related discipline.
- 3 years Relevant software development experience using object-oriented computer languages desired.
- Experience building bot automations utilizing UiPath software desired.
- US Citizen with Public Trust Clearance. No Exceptions.

Desired Skills:
- Experience developing UiPath software, ServiceNow Virtual Agent, or Microsoft Power Platform
