Pay: $75/hr on W2 all inclusiveWe have a new opportunity at McKesson to bring in a US Based Lead IT Architect. Attached is the description and below are some notes. I am just looking for an idea of what the rates may look like for this role before we begin sourcing
Minimum Requirements
● 15+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on enterprise-scale solutions and a background in reporting and analytics.
Critical Skills
● Experience in software architecture, with a focus on enterprise-scale solutions and a background in reporting and analytics.
● Strong expertise in Java programming language, SQL databases, Snowflake data platform, SAP systems, and Looker analytics platform, with a deep understanding of reporting and analytics concepts and tools.
● Proven experience leading architecture design and implementation efforts, with a track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, particularly in reporting and analytics contexts.
● Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with agile methodologies.
● Ability to translate technical jargon into easy-to-consume information
Additional Knowledge & Skills
● Knowledge of and experience in the Healthcare industry is a plus.
● Highly organized and detail-oriented with respect to documentation.
● Exceptional verbal and written communication competency.
● Excellent critical thinking and diagnostic aptitude.
● High capacity to manage multiple priorities.
● Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and ownership for task/project completion.
● Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members
in a creative and effective manner.
● Experience in managing and working with distributed team members.
