We are doing big things.Come join us at eXp Realty – a 7x Glassdoor Best Places to Work organization!What you will do:The Learning & Development, Project Lead plays a key role at eXp Realty and assists with various projects and initiatives for Business Operations with broad focus on Learning & Development Initiatives. Act as a liaison between Learning & Development and other departments within eXp Realty. The Project Lead is stakeholder-focused with a solid understanding of the desired end goal. This includes developing and delivering comprehensive training and support to new and tenured staff.Create strategic training resources to support projects which include but is not limited to the introduction of new systems/platforms and ongoing refinementsInterface with key business players by participating in discovery callsAccountable to project tasks and meeting deadlinesMaintain project documentation and accuracy of training resourcesTroubleshoot issues and potential resolutions. Track and elevate roadblocks.Participate in Project Retrospective meetingsAlign consistently with leadership on project updates, blockers and timelinesCollaborate with all divisions of Business Operations, and with other departments, establishing a shared vision and open communicationProvide insight on projects and initiatives happening in other departments so Learning & Development can provide buy in and eliminate duplicate work or effortsConsult as needed on most effective training outlines and deliverablesWork independently with occasional flexibility in schedule to accommodate project issues/deadlinesOther Accountabilities as AssignedHow you will grab our attention:Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.Experience in the real estate industry strongly preferredMust have a creative/design background with strong skill set in CanvaHighly collaborative and capable of working with internal partners to facilitate successful resultsAbility to maintain confidentiality and the utmost professionalism in every interactionHighly adaptable and a clear-thinking problem solverA self-starter on individual projects and a contributing member on team projects with a “can do” attitudeExcellent written, verbal, and organizational skillsConfident presentation skills, including hosting live training sessionsStrong organizational, prioritization and time management skillsPositive, trustworthy and dependableProficiency in Google SuiteEasily adaptable to new technology/systems.
