Utilizes strategic and hands-on experience that leverages a deep understanding of HR practices, project management and change management. Lead HR integration projects and partners with cross-functional teams to enable successful integration of acquired organizations and workforce transitions.Job Requirements:Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or related field or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Master’s Degree: Preferred
- Five years’ experience in human resources or related disciplines: Preferred
- Two years’ experience in healthcare setting: Preferred
- One year leadership experience: Preferred
Essential Functions:
- Works closely with key stakeholders, and leverages HR expertise to inform and align HR service strategies with integration goals.
- Develops integration project plans including objectives, timelines, and milestones. Monitors progress of workstreams led by functional lead/representative across human resources.
- Partners closely with HR functional leaders to assess change readiness and alignment as part of the integration. Tailors HR project plans for successful onboarding and integration of incoming employees.
- Develops project reporting to track the progress of HR integration efforts. Monitors issues and risks within the scope of the integration project. Exercises judgment and discretion in removing roadblocks and redefine approaches for the project teams.
- Escalates identified risks and issues as needed to HR leadership for mitigation and prioritization.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
