- Demonstrate strategic thinking, planning, and execution to strengthen education effectiveness for US Sales team to maximize sales volume and develop maximum potential volume from US markets for the organization’s products and services.
- Partner with US sales leaders and team members, marketing and cross-functional leaders, and subject matter experts to define learning objectives and develop and/or curate learning solutions.
- Design and deliver programs virtually and in-person focused on product and technical skills, selling skills, management, leadership, and technology.
- Develop, execute, and improve onboarding for each new US sales team member.
- Manage &/or collaborate with Sales Excellence team on training programs and processes for US Sales Fast Start (onboarding), Field Excellence Trainer, Sales Excellence Academy (new hire training), marketing and product launches, and additional enhancements to Sales Excellence initiatives.
- Support US Sales Leadership Development programs (Field Advisory Board, ASCEND, and Regional Directors).
- Stay current on market trends and industry “best practices” and incorporate as applicable to drive maximum utilization of products and services.
- Contribute to analysis of build or buy training initiatives. Support partnership with internal subject matter experts and external training consultants, and programs.
- Positively contribute to the collaborative Sales Excellence team operations and culture, focusing on achieving department strategies and goals as One Team, and with a Strengths focus.
- Manage costs and spending within overall US Sales Excellence budget, ensuring cost effective methods are utilized.
- Lead and/or participate on cross-functional teams to support organizational goals

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Degree in IOP, Learning, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
- 7+ years of Medical Device Sales, Sales Training, or Marketing leadership experience
- Experience training members of a medical device sales force
- Project management experience highly preferred
- Remote option available for candidates living close to major airports

Target Pay Range$105,957 – $145,691.
