For experienced – $25/HR on C2CKey Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met within a U.S. healthcare process.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and contribute to CAQH’s overall customer satisfaction efforts.
- Provide a warm and helpful experience for all customer interactions, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment within the team.
- Act as a team player, supporting colleagues to achieve business goals.
- Participate in cross-functional tasks and multi-skilling initiatives.
- Maintain a high level of integrity in all interactions with internal and external customers.
Key Competencies:
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and draw insights from research findings.
- Sound judgment when handling confidential information.
- Make sound administrative and procedural decisions.
- Address inquiries from providers and internal/external customers regarding credentialing and privileging issues.
- Meet performance management targets by maintaining set Average Handling Time (AHT) and adhering to scheduled breaks/rosters.
- Proven ability to handle large volumes of work.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using reference materials and MS Office tools.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any field (Arts/Science/Commerce/Business) or high school graduate.
- Typing speed of >25 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, especially in high-stress situations with medical professionals.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
- Previous experience in healthcare or health insurance.
- Aptitude test score of 90% or higher.
Expected salary: $25 per hour
