We are proud to offer the opportunity to join a dynamic team with a company that is stable and growing.SummaryThe developer will play a key role on the DL core development team that is working on building our next generation suite of products while maintaining current business critical systems. As a member of our core development team, this person will contribute significantly to implementing various product features using agile methodologies. The developer will also participate to create new applications to expand the company’s product portfolio. They will own all aspects of the software development life cycle, including testing and deployment. In addition to bringing their experience building in the Microsoft stack, this role will also require learning and implementing solutions using other technologies on an as needed basis.Responsibilities and DutiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Designs and develops applications, components, and services following specifications using Visual Studio and other tools.
- Maintains and modifies existing applications with minimal oversight as well as with direction from supervisors.
- Troubleshoot problems with applications and services.
- Maintains and modifies databases as needed using SQL Server Management Studio.
- Conducts debugging and testing of new or modified applications, including web services.
- Participate in application QA and deployment.
- Participates in code review to ensure conformance to internal standards and specifications.
- Writes or revises specifications, program documentation, operating manuals and user guides as needed.
- Stays current with technical training and company standards as required.
- Trains and mentors junior engineers within the organization.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
- 4+ years of recent full-stack .NET experience
- Development experience with C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework 4.6+, Entity Framework 4+, XML & JSON
- Experience building front-end technologies such as jQuery/JavaScript/HTML 5/CSS, MVC and Webforms.
- Microsoft SQL Server experience (T-SQL, Stored Procedures and Indexes).
- Experience interacting with Web Services (REST, SOAP).
- Proficient with Visual Studio (2019 or higher).
- Experience with repositories, including TFS and GIT.
- Experience working in an Agile environment with sprints.
Preferred Qualifications * Experience with other front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience building well-architected systems at scale.

CompensationSalary ranges from 100,000-110,000 a year, depending on experienceHours and LocationThis is a full-time remote position. Business hours are Monday-Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. PST.
