- Develop and maintain software solutions using OT Design Manager OT Designer OT Empower Editor and OT Exstream Comm Server Dev.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and test new features.
- Ensure the software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and maintain documentation for software solutions ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the companys software solutions remain competitive.
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing and validation of software solutions.
- Optimize software solutions for performance scalability and maintainability.
- Contribute to the companys purpose by developing software solutions that have a positive impact on society.
Requireded Qualifications
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience
- Possess strong experience in OT Design Manager OT Designer OT Empower Editor and OT Exstream Comm Server Dev.
- Demonstrate proficiency in OT Live Editor and OT Exstream is a plus.
- Exhibit domain knowledge in Payer is advantageous.
- Showcase excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
