Job description: Overview:**This position is contingent upon award of contract**SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager to serve as the Government’s trusted advisor to individual offices and to provide Project Management / overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the contract. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the project stays on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and proper relationships are established between customers.
  • Responsible for cost, schedule, performance, and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities, and other activities. Coordinates resolutions to production related problems.
  • Coordinates resolutions to production related problems.
  • Directly enable the effective operation and management of this multi-person effort, including to ensure all staffing, reporting, and execution activities are within cost, scope, and the timing directed by the Government.
  • Supervise personnel, provides monthly contractual reports to the government, and interacts with government personnel.
  • The PM manages and retains full responsibility for the performance of assigned work to include cost, schedule, performance, and quality. The PM functions as the Sponsor’s primary point of contact for all activities under the assigned task orders.

Qualifications:

  • Active in scope TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 5 years of experience with projects of similar size and scope.
  • 10 years of general work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with projects of similar size and scope.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Documented experience managing personnel on projects of similar size and scope.
  • Experience with data transfer projects in cloud environments.
  • Experience supporting the IC.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly concerning the ability to engage collaboratively and effectively in a virtual environment.
  • Strong time and task management skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Government site and remote.
