- Provides advice and recommendations to Senior Leaders and the Chief of Staff on all matters relative to the coordination, integration and synchronization, of staff actions.
- Assists Senior Leaders and the Chief of Staff in the execution of all matters pertaining to communication, resourcing, administration, budget, and/or management activities.
- Develops, coordinates, manages, leads, and delivers multiple, critical, daily, and weekly strategic activities and communications on behalf of the Senior Leaders and the Chief of Staff.
- Attends internal and external meetings and briefings with, or for, Seniors Leaders; takes notes, documents actions, and follows up as required; and monitors action through to completion.
- Develops plans and objectives for assigned projects. Initiates and conducts studies and analyses on projects, issues, and problem cases. As requested takes and/or coordinates with senior officials to assure that actions are in keeping with leadership’s philosophy and priorities.
- Incumbent coordinates with program leaders to ensure to the maximum extent possible that the strategic objectives, goals and priorities are fully disseminated and incorporated into management plans and operations.
- Incumbent suggests revision or rework to products in addition to revamped administrative processes as affected by external requirements and pressures.
