As an AI Recruitment Specialist at RealVoice AI, you will be at the forefront of building a team and at the forefront of the AI-driven recruitment process. You’ll manage the full-cycle recruitment, leveraging our unique AI technology to attract, assess, and hire top talent for our rapidly expanding team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about AI, highly organized, and passionate about finding the right fit for both our company and our candidates.
Key Responsibilities:Manage the AI-driven full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.Utilize our AI system to engage with and qualify leads for variouspositions.Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.Demonstrate our revolutionary AI voice technology to potentialcandidates.Manage and maintain our AI-powered applicant tracking system (ATS).Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.Coordinate and participate in tech-focused recruitment events and careerfairs.Provide feedback to help improve our AI-driven recruitment process.Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial AI-powered contact toonboarding.Qualifications:Proven Experience in Recruitment, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field (preferred but not required).Comfort with technology and eagerness to learn.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up diligently withcandidates.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startupenvironment.Work at the forefront of AI in telecommunicationsFlexible work hours – perfect for maintaining work-life balancePerformance-based pay on a trial period with daily payoutsFixed Salary of $2200 upon trial completionComprehensive training and onboarding programOpportunity for rapid career growth in a booming industryAccess to cutting-edge AI recruitment toolsSupportive team environmentWhy You’ll Succeed:
