Job description: DIRECT-HIRE – HR MANAGER OPPORTUNITY – MIDWAY, GEORGIATHE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a global distributor and manufacturer in their search for an HR Manager (multisite) to join their growing HR team!Are you an experienced HR professional ready to make an impact? We’re seeking a dynamic HR Manager to partner with our leaders and drive strategic HR initiatives across multiple distribution sites. If you’re passionate about employee relations, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment, we want to hear from you!Essential Job Duties:
- Strategic Partner: Collaborate with business unit leaders to anticipate and meet each site’s HR needs.
- Employee Relations: Guide leaders, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Co-lead recruiting efforts, from interviewing to Day 1 onboarding.
- Performance Management: Coach leaders to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity.
- HR Initiatives: Promote and ensure consistent application of HR programs and policies.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a similar role, preferably in a distribution center.
- Skills: Strong employee relations expertise and knowledge of HR best practices.
- Travel: Willingness to travel (30%) to support sites in GA, IN, and TX.
Schedule, Pay, & Benefits:
- Position stationed at facility in Midway, GA
- Onsite/hybrid work model – 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.
- Flexible core business hours from 8 am to 5 pm CDT
- Pay starts at $90, 000/year and depends on experience.
