- Responsible for taking call from members to assist and educate Medicaid members on benefits and services
- Assisting members with PCP Changes, obtaining new ID Cards and coordinate transportation and other services
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma
- Experience taking inbound calls and working for medical insurance
- Experience work for a managed care organization
- Great customer service skills
