Job description: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Specialist to help elevate the brand presence and drive market growth for a company in Dothan, AL. In this hybrid remote role, you’ll work 2-3 days a week in the office, with the flexibility to work from home the rest of the week. You will be responsible for content creation, digital marketing, campaign management, event coordination, and more. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote innovative solutions and expand reach within the precision agriculture sector.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content and campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, blogs, website).
- Manage digital presence to boost brand awareness and drive conversions.
- Lead targeted marketing campaigns for agriculture professionals and key stakeholders.
- Support event coordination, including logistics and marketing collateral.
- Conduct market research and provide insights to optimize campaigns.
- Maintain CRM records and develop targeted customer engagement strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in business, marketing, agriculture, or a related field.
- Prior experience in marketing/communications, ideally in agriculture or tech.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing for B2B, agriculture, or tech.
- Knowledge of precision agriculture and related technologies.
- Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
