- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Reservation Management: Book flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel services for clients.
- Itinerary Planning: Create detailed travel itineraries, ensuring all arrangements are made accurately and efficiently.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or changes promptly.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with travel suppliers to secure reservations and negotiate rates.
- Travel Documentation: Ensure clients have all necessary travel documents and information for their trips.
- Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with clients post-trip to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in travel booking, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with various travel destinations and booking systems.
- Independence: Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Technology: Proficiency in travel booking software.
- Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a laptop or desktop computer, smartphone, and internet access
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for travel and a desire to help clients create memorable experiences
- Must be able to read/write English fluently. Bilingual is a plus
