Reporting into the Sr. Sales Planning Manager, you will develop tracking metrics, manage forecasting process, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives. You will also support the team in preparing for trade shows and managing external marketing projects.Where You’ll Work:This role will be based out of our Concord, MA headquarters where you will beimmersed in a dynamic workplace where innovation thrives and collaborationis key.Our company in-office schedule is designed to maximize collaboration &relationship building balanced with flexibility and well-being with 3 days inoffice and Thursdays/Friday being remote, flex days.***Welch’s is moving to a brand new, state of the art facility in Waltham,MA in June of 2025****What You’ll Do:Reporting into the Sr. Sales Planning Manager responsible for our Food Service (FS) and B2B Ingredients Divisions, you will:

  • Develop tracking metrics against sales objectives including distribution, pricing, and trade metrics.
  • Support and manage projects with external marketing agencies and for industry/customer trade shows.
  • Represent in monthly Demand Consensus process; assessing and quantifying drivers – good and bad
  • Monitor and effectively manage internal, distributor, and operator online portals ensuring all data is loaded and accurate.
  • Own the Foodservice Analytics Library; ensuring all data sources are current and readily available to the sales team. Summarizing for the sales team into an informative and actionable format.
  • Support teams by working with cross functional partners to obtain all required customer set up and maintenance information/documentation (R&D, Finance, Legal support, Food Safety & Quality etc.) This includes, but is not limited to, the USDA’s Market Access Program (MAP) and export documentation.
  • Own data validation and system maintenance within our trade promotion management (TPM) system for assigned divisions and provide support to TPM system owner.

Who You Are:

  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; PowerBI, syndicated data, and other retail, foodservice, and CPG data environments a plus
  • Solid interpersonal skills, presentation ability, particularly in building credibility and collaborative relationships
  • The ability to objectively balance cross-functional requirements and demands
  • A team player with a can-do attitude

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required and 0-3 years of experience in sales/analytics position
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required; experience with Telus, Supply Track, and IRI or Nielsen is valuable.
  • Up to 10% travel required
