If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a SAS Developer – REMOTE to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).Day to Day Job Duties:

  • Work in a SAS Base Teradata development environment.
  • Support the development of enhancements on existing jobs and stored procedures.
  • Work with business data involved with the SAS Base code to campaign and include in customer management reports.
  • Oversee SAS processes function to prepare data to be sent to campaigns.
  • Work within a structured development lifecycle including preparing test data, creating test cases and validating results.
  • Work in Agile environment utilizing JIRA Kanban boards.
  • Understand ETL processing and logic using standard tables and versioned tables.
  • Understand ETL data change strategies for type 1, type 2 and versioning with data synchronization.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ Years Experience SQL Skills – High Skilled (experience with Temporal Tables)
  • 2+ Years Teradata database knowledge
  • 8+ Years Base SAS code experience

Other Desired Skills:

  • Batch Processing of ETL
  • Highly skilled in SAS functionality such as pass thru SQL, Proc, Data Steps, SAS Macros
  • SAS Enterprise Guide Experience
  • BitBucket Experience
  • Jenkins Experience
  • Build and Deploy Process Experience
  • Job Scheduling Tool Knowledge and Experience
  • Performance Tuning for Queries
  • Familiarity with Postman or similar tool making a web call in making calls to restful API (external API)
  • SQLServer Database knowledge and experience • Prefer IWS Job Scheduling knowledge but will accept comparable job scheduling tool experience.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $90,146 – $208,672. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
