- Providing administrative and clerical support to to the District Superintendent and the District staff.
- Assisting in the collection and assembly of data for reports.
- Managing the appointment calendars for management and staff.
- Receives telephone calls and visitors.
- Serves as the Secretary to the District Superintendent

Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: coordinating work with multiple offices; managing appointments and/or calendars; and maintaining personnel timecards. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).Proficiency Required: This position requires a typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute (WPM) based on a 5 minute sample with 3 or fewer errors.Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify.
