The ideal candidate will possess expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn for business development, lead generation, and prospecting. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, developing new client relationships, and leveraging their existing network to generate immediate business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
- LinkedIn Mastery: Utilize LinkedIn to its fullest potential for business development, lead generation, and prospecting. This includes identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing relationships, and converting leads into actionable opportunities.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute robust sales strategies that align with TechForcePros’ goals and objectives. Craft compelling messaging and value propositions that resonate with potential clients across various industries, including IT, HR, finance/accounting, healthcare, and engineering.
- Inbound and Outbound Marketing: Implement effective inbound and outbound marketing tactics to attract and engage potential clients. This includes creating targeted email campaigns, developing content that drives engagement, and utilizing social media platforms to enhance visibility and reach.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations. Understand their needs and pain points, and position TechForcePros’ services as the ideal solution to address these challenges.
- Revenue Generation: Focus on driving revenue for TechForcePros by identifying new business opportunities, securing new client engagements, and expanding existing accounts. Leverage your network and industry knowledge to accelerate growth and achieve sales targets.
- Client Communication: Engage in regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities for collaboration. Provide ongoing support and follow-up to maintain strong client relationships and foster long-term partnerships.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including recruiting, marketing, and project management, to align efforts and ensure a seamless client experience. Collaborate on proposals, presentations, and other materials to support business development activities.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience with a proven track record in business development and lead generation. Experience in consulting, staffing, or project management is highly desirable.
- Recruiting: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Recruiter. Must be adept at all facets of IT roles.
- LinkedIn Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in using LinkedIn for business development, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building. Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant tools.
- Sales Acumen: Strong sales acumen with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Proven ability to close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of inbound and outbound marketing principles and best practices. Experience creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and build rapport with clients and prospects.
- Relationship Building: Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with clients and internal teams.
- Existing Network: Must come on board with an existing network of contacts within the relevant industries. This is mandatory with no exclusions.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industries TechForcePros serves, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, VMS, CRM, ERP, ITSM, procurement, IT, HR, finance/accounting, healthcare, and engineering.
- Results-Oriented: Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
